Is there an IDM for Mac?
No. Internet Download Manager from Tonec is Windows software. OptiLoad is a native Mac download manager that does the same job.
Does OptiLoad work with Chrome and Firefox?
Yes. The Firefox add-on is on addons.mozilla.org and the Chrome extension comes as a packaged .zip. Once installed, your browser hands its downloads to OptiLoad.
Can it resume a failed download?
Yes. Broken transfers resume instead of starting again.
Does it download torrents?
Yes. A full torrent client is built in, with Jackett and more than 60 search plugins, and magnet links and .torrent files both work.
What does it cost, and which Macs does it run on?
